TEFLON COATING

Teflon coatings can be used on aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, steel alloys, brass, magnesium, and other metals, as well as, on nom-metallic; such as glass, fiberglass, some rubber and plastics. Very few substances will permanently adhere to a Teflon coated surface. The combination of extreme low and extreme high temperature stability (-450F to +550F) favors the use of Teflon over a wider temperature range than any other organic coating material. Metal seals coated with Teflon show improved sealing properties because of the conformability of Teflon coating.
